UK and Ireland:
- Standard delivery: From £3.50 (within 3-6 working days, approx.)
- FREE delivery: For orders above £120.

European countries (some countries):
- Standard delivery: From £6.50 (within 4-7 working days (approx.)
- FREE delivery: For orders above £100.

U.S and Canada:
- Standard delivery: From £3.95 (within 4-7 working days (approx.)

Rest of the World, Zone 1:
- Standard delivery: From £6.99 (within 5-10 working days (approx.)

Rest of the World, Zone 2:
- Standard delivery: £55.00 (within 5-10 working days (approx.)

Our products are shipped from warehouses in the U.S and Scandinavia. The vast majority of parcels will not be subject to any import tax and/or duties. If you purchase many items, you might incur a charge for import/tax. Some countries also charge import tax and duties on smaller packages. Please note that we are not responsible for such charges.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
30 DAYS NO FUSS RETURNS POLICY

**ITEMS FROM THE OUTLET STORE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED**

We offer a 30 days returns and refund policy. If the item does not fit or you simply don't like it, just contact us to receive a RMA Number and send it back, and we will be happy to refund you the full amount (minus any postage costs). However, there are a few rules we ask you to adhere to:

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return or a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item does not fit you can exchange it for a different size. Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size in the same style. You can exchange any items once free of charge. Subsequent exchanges will be charged £5.95 for the first item and £2.50 for each subsequent item (posted in the same parcel) to cover the P&P cost.
