These compression shirts fits tightly around your upper body. It's therefore a good idea to measure yourself to find the correct size.

Here's how to do it:
1. Take a measurement around the fullest part of your chest.
2. Take another measurement right below your chest.
3. Add these two measurements together and divide the number you get by two.
     Example: 44" + 42" = 86" divided by 2 = 43 inches
4. Check the number you get with the size table on every product page to find the size you need.

If you are unable to measure yourself, we recommend that you order a size up from what you normally wear when selecting shirts in the MAX range. You will still get the full benefits of the shirts even when you order a size up. A larger size simply means that you can put on and take off the shirts more easily, and that they will be more comfortable to wear.
