These powerful compression shirts and vests are NOT the same as ordinary sports compressions shirts or skins, but are specialist garments developed with one key factor in mind - to eliminate man boobs and give you a flat & smooth chest while wearing it.
These garments are equipped with powerful compression layers to give you relief from gynecomastia and man boobs. They are made from the highest quality specialist fabric in the U.S. Some of our garments have 30% spandex for extra firm compression.
Yes, these compression shirts are safe to wear while playing sports or doing other physical activities. In fact, the Gynecomastia Shirt has a Moisture Wicking Technology™ thats draws sweat away from your body to keep you cool and dry. The compression vests on this website can be worn under regular sports tops. The Compression Swimming Top is good for swimming and also for working out in the gym.
These compression shirts fits tightly around your upper body. It's therefore a good idea to measure yourself to find the correct size.
Here's how to do it:
1. Take a measurement around the fullest part of your chest.
2. Take another measurement right below your chest.
3. Add these two measurements together and divide the number you get by two.
Example: 44" + 42" = 86" divided by 2 = 43 inches.
4. Check the number you get with the size table below (and on every product page) to find the size you need.
If you are unable to measure yourself, we recommend that you order a size up from what you normally wear when selecting shirts in the MAX range. You will still get the full benefits from the shirt even when you order a size up. A larger size simply means that you can put it on and take it off more easily, and that it will be more comfortable to wear.
The level of chest and stomach flattening effect provided by these garments varies for each individual. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact effect you will achieve with these compression garments.

Our products are shipped from warehouses in the U.S and Scandinavia. The vast majority of parcels will not be subject to any import tax and/or duties. If you purchase many items, you might incur a charge for import/tax. Some countries also charge import tax and duties on smaller packages. Please note that we are not responsible for such charges.
We ship our products to most countries world wide. If your country does not show up in the list when you enter your address, it means we are unable to deliver to your country. A signature is required upon delivery, so we cannot deliver to post boxes. Our items are shipped from two warehouses: Sales items from Scandinavia and regular items from the U.S.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Delivery to UK/Ireland, Europe, U.S and Canada is around 2-4 business days. Delivery to other countries in the world is around 3-6 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and that delivery can take a bit longer to certain places.
Yes. We ship all our products using a registered service, so a signature is required when the parcel arrives. This is to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely.
You will receive a notification from us with the expected delivery time/date 24-48 hours before your parcel is delivered. If you're not available to sign for the parcel when it arrives, you can arrange a new, convenient delivery time with the courier we use.

You are responsible for giving us the correct address when placing your order. If any of the information you give us is incorrect, we or Fedex/DHL will not be liable if the parcel is not delivered to you. In such cases we will not be liable to send you another product(s) or refund you the money for your order.
Yes, you can return and exchange your shirt(s) within 30 days. Just send us an e-mail and ask for a RMA number to return your item(s).
Please note that we can only accept unused items in return that show no sign of wear. Items that show any sign of wear (marks, stains, scent, hairs, excess creases, fluff, etc.) will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
Absolutely. You can return items purchased at regular (full) price for a full refund (minus any postage costs and discounts you've received). You can return the item you bought within 30 days to receive a refund. Please note that we can only accept compression shirts that are in a brand new condition (have only been tried on) and show no sign of wear, in return. Sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All our Compression T-shirts and Compression Vests should be hand washed or machine washed on a cool cycle (30 degrees or less) and drip dried or tumble dried on low heat. Do not dry the garments on radiators. They must not be ironed or bleached.
