You can change your order if it has not yet shipped. Once your order is on it's way to you, you cannot change or cancel the actual order. However, you can change the item you've purchased once you've received it. 

To do so, you must request a RMA number to send the item back to us. You will then receive the necessary information to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage cost.

We send an email with the tracking number once the parcel has shipped. If you have not received it, please check your junk mail folder to see if it's ended up there. If the shipping email is not there either, then please email us so we can send it to you again.

We send a confirmation email as soon as an order has been placed. If you have not received it, please check your junk mail folder, as the email might have ended up there. Sometime an order has not gone through, so please check your bank/PayPal account to see if the money has been taken out of your account. If it has not, then the order was interrupted for some reason. Please place the order again and check to see if it's gone through.

An order can be cancelled for different reasons, for instance if our system or the customer's bank suspects fraudulent activity, or if an item has suddenly become out of stock. When an order is cancelled, the amount you paid is repaid in full to your bank or PayPal account.
