Order processing times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
- Orders placed after 1 PM GMT may be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, duties & taxes (unternational orders)

Shipping address accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. XBODY UK is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.
Shipping delays and lost packages
Delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed or marked as lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
