How do I change my order?
You can change your order if it has not yet shipped. Once your order is on it's way to you, you cannot change or cancel the actual order. However, you can return the item(s) for a refund once you receive them.
To do so, you must request a RMA number to send the item back to us. You will then receive the necessary information to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage cost.
How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel here .
We’ll email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel has shipped. If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not there either, contact us and we’ll resend it right away.
I have not received a confirmation email.
We send a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have ended up there. Occasionally, an order may not go through successfully. Please check your bank or PayPal account to confirm whether payment has been processed. If no payment has been taken, the order was likely interrupted. In that case, please place your order again and verify that it has gone through.
Why was my order cancelled?
An order may be cancelled for various reasons — for example, if our system or your bank suspects fraudulent activity, or if an item has unexpectedly gone out of stock. If your order is cancelled, any payment made will be fully refunded to your bank or PayPal account.
How to I return an item?
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery as long as it has only been tried on (not worn) and shows no signs of wear or damage.

Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
