Please note: Items purchased from the outlet store are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Before returning any item
You must contact us to request an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Return requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Unworn condition – The item may be tried on for fit, but must not have been worn.
Clean and scent-free – No marks, deodorant stains, aftershave/perfume scents, pet hair, or excessive creasing.
No signs of wear – Items deemed used or damaged will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Original packaging – Items must be returned in their original clear bag.
Neatly packed – Please fold items carefully to prevent creasing during transit.

What happens if my returned item shows signs of wear?
Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
Who pays for return postage?
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow a short processing time after your item arrives back with us.
